The Challenge: Expanding and Enhancing
Our task was to transform a cramped 6-foot basement into an 8-foot functional living area using basement underpinning. We also added a foundation at the back, a walk-up entrance at the front, installed drains, and conducted comprehensive interior waterproofing, including installing a sump pump.

Once the flooring is installed, our part of the renovation project will be complete. All of this was accomplished in a 6 week timeline. We’re able to take on the most complex jobs without roadblocks or delays.
