We used Igor and his team for an underpinning project 2 years ago. They were fast, efficienct, and cost effective. Igor was super responsive. If you’re digging out your house, I’d recommend.

They put in a membrane for my furnace room. They came very quickly to check it out. They diagnosed the problem extremely fast. Then they came a week later and did the job in a morning. And then they gave me a fantastic warranty. Wonderful service. Thanks Vlad!

IcyReno was referred to me by my contractor to waterproof an exterior basement wall. I met with Vlad who provided a quote, explained the steps in the waterproofing process and completed the entire job in two days. Vlad and his team were extremely professional, competent, worked very hard and answered all my questions. They worked effectively and efficiently, and cleaned up any garbage. It was a pleasure dealing with them and their work was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Naznine Virjee

Karen Brill

Vlad and his team were amazing: Always on time, available by text, sent photos of the work, made recommendations once they assessed the foundation, worked very hard, completed ahead of time, so easy to work with - and have a 25 year guarantee. We’re waterproof! Highly recommended.

August 1, 2024- we had a leak in our basement and had them come out and do a quote. Within less than a week, they were here and completed the job. Professional services and amazing workers. They made sure the job was done. Well, took photographs, kept us informed throughout the process and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. It is very difficult to find contractors that are excellent and these ones are! They were recommended to us by friends and I will be recommending them to my friends also! Diane G.
